Job Overview
This role oversees all operational activities within the Enterprise Risk Management department, ensuring effective management of enterprise-wide risks.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance, management, or risk management, with preferred certifications such as FRM, CFA, CBCP. A graduate degree from a reputable institution is also required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an effective Enterprise Risk Management framework across the organization.
- Design and implement robust internal control systems to mitigate risks.
- Identify, evaluate, and document control weaknesses and deficiencies; develop recommendations for risk mitigation and improvement.
- Maintain up-to-date Risk Registers (RCSA) to track and monitor risks.
- Conduct regular reviews of current business processes, identify control gaps and deficiencies, and develop recommendations for risk mitigation and improvement.
- Update the Enterprise Risk Policy to reflect changing regulatory and strategic scenarios.
- Collaborate with Principal Risk Owners to identify key risks and mitigating controls in their business units.
- Develop integrated risk reporting frameworks to focus attention on critical risks.
Requirements
- A minimum of 4-8 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Exchange ecosystem and operations.
- Principles of risk management.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of risks identification, assessment, and management frameworks.
- Ability to design and evaluate effectiveness of controls embedded within business processes.
