Job Summary

The Technical Architect will lead the integration of IBM Maximo with a cloud-native mobile and web application platform.

  • Develop and implement secure, scalable API-based integrations to enable seamless interoperability between Maximo and cloud applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, scalable, and high-performance integration solutions.
  • Map business processes and data models to workflows for Work Orders, Assets, Inventory, Procurement, etc.
  • Establish governance, authentication mechanisms, and data synchronization strategies.
  • Provide technical guidance on best practices for API utilization and error handling.
  • Conduct technical workshops to validate requirements and deliver design documents.
  • Ensure performance optimization, troubleshooting, and ongoing support for integrations.
Requirements

More than 10 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years focused on IBM Maximo architecture and integrations.

Strong understanding of IBM Maximo data model, business processes, and Maximo Integration Framework (MIF).

Proven expertise in designing and consuming REST/SOAP APIs for Maximo.

Hands-on experience with MIF in past projects.

Experience with API management tools.

Familiarity with cloud platforms and SaaS integration models.

Knowledge of mobile application integrations.

Proficiency in JSON, XML, and scripting languages for customization/integration.

Experience with security protocols.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to design scalable architectures.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
