Job Title: Nokia Integration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Nokia integration specialist with strong expertise in T-Mobile network projects to support the end-to-end integration, commissioning, and troubleshooting of Nokia RAN and transport equipment.

The role involves integrating new sites, technology upgrades (4G/5G), and ensuring seamless performance as per T-Mobile standards.

  • Perform integration, commissioning, and configuration of Nokia RAN (LTE/5G) and transport nodes for T-Mobile projects.
  • Work on Nokia AirScale, Flexi, and other RAN platforms, including software upgrades and parameter configuration.
  • Execute new site integrations, carrier adds, rehomes, and technology swaps as per T-Mobile guidelines.
  • Perform call testing, KPI validation, and troubleshooting during and after integration.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2–6 years of relevant experience in Nokia RAN integration (LTE/5G), preferably on T-Mobile network projects.
  • Hands-on experience with Nokia AirScale, Flexi BTS, gNodeB/eNodeB integration.
  • Strong understanding of LTE/5G architecture, parameters, and KPIs.
  • Experience in site integration, carrier addition, feature activation.
