  1. Project Management

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively to meet deadlines and budgets.

Resource Planning

Develop and implement comprehensive plans for resource allocation, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

Cost Control

Prepare detailed budget forecasts, manage project expenses, and maintain strict control over costs to achieve targeted margins.

Progress Monitoring

Regularly monitor project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or deviations from the plan to ensure timely completion.

Issue Resolution

Effectively resolve complex issues, such as obtaining necessary permissions and executing quality control measures, to mitigate risks and ensure project success.

Communication and Teamwork

Foster a collaborative working environment, promoting open communication, transparency, and teamwork among project stakeholders.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 7-10 years of experience in project management and execution, specifically in water supply and irrigation projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (BE/B.Tech) or Master's degree in Civil Engineering (ME).
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office and project management software.
