Responsibilities
  • Manage vendor relations, payments and related reports.
  • Provide administrative support to stores and office.
  • Maintain equipment and ensure smooth operations.
  • Oversee and coordinate events.
  • Travel management.
  • Inventory management of supplies and assets.
  • Supervise team members to ensure hygienic workplace and smooth operations.
  • Procure, process PO, GRN, Invoice and manage admin licenses.
  • Audit workplace to ensure hygiene and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Good communication skills.
  • Proactive, organised approach to multitasking.
  • Strong customer focus and stakeholder management.
  • Proficient in MS office.
  • Willingness to travel.
