  • Key Responsibilities:

  3. Compliance Operational Objectives: Contribute to compliance plans and reviews, prepare action plans, resolve problems, and identify trends.
  4. Regulatory Regimes: Understand key regulatory regimes and apply them effectively.
  5. Analytics and Automation: Use analytics and automation tools to evaluate and mitigate risk.
  6. Whistleblower Systems: Review and improve whistleblower systems in collaboration with HR.
  7. Trainings and Communications: Plan and conduct trainings and communications to enhance the whistleblower program.
  8. New Regulations: Interpret new regulations and laws.
  9. Policy Administration: Derive policy administration, trainings, and regular communications.
  10. Handling Complaints: Effectively handle complaints and investigations.
  11. Collaboration: Collaborate with various functions to support business expansion.
  12. Advice on Public Policy: Provide advice on public policy.
  13. Company Position: Support company positions by developing responses and defenses.
  14. Legal Requirements: Comply with legal requirements.
