Job Overview

As an Engineering Manager, you will oversee a team responsible for designing and manufacturing high-performance cables using established formulas, materials, and techniques. You will work closely with customers, sales teams, and project managers to gather requirements and provide engineering solutions.

  • Manage a team of engineers to design and develop high-performance cables.
  • Work closely with customers and project managers to gather requirements and provide engineering solutions.
  • Maintain system-level understanding of customer applications and cable design concepts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is required; Master's preferred.
  • Proficiency in Design Software (e.g., Pro/E, CREO, AutoCAD) and MS Office tools is essential.
  • Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and material properties is necessary.
  • At least 12 years of related experience, with management experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with quality tools (FMEA, 6sigma, DOE, 8D) and product development for datacenter or communication markets is a plus.

As a technical leader, you will drive the development and release of products, scale-up through stage-gate reviews, and ensure milestone commitments are met. You will also provide technical support to customers and sales teams.
