Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Cable Product Development Manager to lead the development of our cable products. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of cables, strategic leadership skills, and excellent cross-functional coordination abilities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Cable Product Strategy: Develop and execute regional product strategies for LV, HW, and specialty cables
  • New Business Identification: Identify new business opportunities across industrial, infrastructure, and other segments
  • Client Relationship Management: Manage key accounts and build long-term client relationships
  • Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform pricing and positioning
  • Brand Management & Market Presence:
  • Brand Consistency Evaluation: Evaluate brand consistency across all customer touchpoints
  • Industry Representation: Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry forums
  • Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing teams for area campaigns and product launches

Required Qualifications & Competencies:

  • MBA/BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering is required
  • At least 5 years of experience in the cable industry
