
HR Regional Services Manager

The HR People Partner is a key role in our organization, responsible for delivering local HR services to the business. This position will lead and drive HR initiatives, ensuring compliance with local legislation and global standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Employee Relations:
- Act as a primary contact for employee relations activities, facilitating conflict resolution and pro-active relationship improvements.
- Manage relationships with Employee Representative Bodies, developing mid to long term ER strategies.
- CASE Management:
- Deliver CASE Management services to support the business with sickness absence, grievances, and disciplinary activities.
- Analyze data to provide insights for development improvements.
- Talent Acquisition Support:
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to align recruitment strategies with business unit needs.
- Performance Management:
- Assist managers in conducting performance reviews, addressing underperformance, and implementing improvement plans.
- Compliance and Policies:
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures, including compliance with local labor laws and organizational regulations.
- Drive improvements to HR policies in line with business requirements and changes in local markets.
- Onboarding and Integration:
- Support seamless integration of new employees through effective onboarding processes.
- Data and Analytics:
- Leverage HR analytics to provide insights into workforce trends, engagement, and productivity, informing decision-making across all levels.
- Employee Engagement:
- Drive initiatives to measure and enhance employee engagement, aligning with company culture and values.
- Business Restructures:
- Manage employee-related activities during business restructures, including Employee Relations, exits, redeployment, and support activities.
- TUPE:
- Manage TUPE-related activities supporting business acquisitions, new businesses, and transition out of customer contracts.
- Annual Pay Reviews:
- Collaborate with Reward CoE to facilitate Annual Pay Review approaches.
- Workforce Planning:
- Support Strategic HR Business Partners in activities that underpin successful workforce planning strategies, ensuring smooth execution of plans.
- Location and Working Practice Strategy:
- Determine right location and office attendance strategy, working closely with Strategic HR BPs.
- Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I):
- Collaborate with CoEs, HR BPs, and Global colleagues to implement DEI strategies and foster inclusive workplace environments.
- Risk & Compliance Management:
- Ensure adherence to risk and compliance management protocols across all HR initiatives.
- Wellbeing:
- Create and deliver wellbeing priorities across the local business.
- Employee and Manager Support:
- Lead People Operations service to provide support to employees and managers on operational and escalated issues.
- Team Management and Service Delivery:
- Develop HR Team to deliver excellent services to the local business in support of People Plans developed by HR BPs.
- Communication:
- Review and approve local communication charter, ensuring monitored communication channels.
- Occupational Health & Safety (OHS):
- Collaborate with OHS SPOC to monitor various natural/geopolitical situations as required.
- Merger & Acquisition:
- Support country perspective on M&A activities.
