
Senior HR Partnership Specialist

As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for all human resources and people-related matters in the region.
Key responsibilities include partnering with local management teams to build a positive work environment, ensuring HR policies are updated in line with legislative changes, communicating global HR initiatives, and providing support to employees and leaders.
Additional responsibilities include handling disciplinary matters, guiding managers through performance review processes, and supporting activities related to benefits and leave administration.
- Partner with local management teams to drive a high-performance, collaborative work culture.
- Ensure all HR policies and employee handbooks are updated in line with legislative changes.
- Communicate and support global HR initiatives among employees and flex talent populations.
- Provide HRBP approval of hiring and promotion requests relating to employees.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition team to ensure timely employment information for new joiners.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and leaders, addressing concerns and resolving workplace matters.
- Handle disciplinary matters in accordance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Guide managers through performance review processes, providing coaching, goal setting, and feedback.
- Support benefits and leave administration activities.
- Partner with global HRBP team and COE leaders for consistent practices across locations.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- HR-related degree/certification or equivalent HR Business Partner experience.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a HR Business Partner role.
- Experience with employment practices and law across specified regions.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work varied time zones and split shifts.
