Job Title: Employee Health

This role involves servicing existing clients and developing new business opportunities in employee health and benefits.

Responsibilities include studying the client's existing portfolio and consulting on risk management strategies. Conducting gap analysis of existing policies, suggesting better terms, and negotiating with insurers are also key responsibilities.

Maintaining high levels of client satisfaction is crucial for this position. This includes engaging with clients to complete quarterly and annual surveys, booking and invoicing business on time, and coordinating with other practices to explore cross-selling opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, preferably with experience as an elected leader in a community, school, or college. Excellent analytical and attention-to-detail skills are also essential, as is the ability to manage diverse client cultures.

Experience in the insurance industry or TPA is preferred, with a minimum of 3 years' experience required. Domain knowledge is also desirable.
