Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced performance-driven manager to lead paid growth across multiple platforms – ensuring every dollar spent generates measurable revenue.
This role is ideal for a results-oriented marketer who views growth as a mathematical problem, excels in efficiency, and knows how to scale campaigns profitably.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic plans for paid user acquisition campaigns across various ad networks.
- Analyze deep-funnel metrics and adjust strategy to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS), not just installs or click-through rates.
- Create and manage budgets with the goal of optimizing revenue generation.
- Run sophisticated creative testing and iterate on high-performing ad types.
- Benchmark and optimize attribution models using industry-standard tools.
- Collaborate with product teams to develop monetization strategies, funnel optimization, and lifetime value-boosting features.
- Report weekly on campaign performance, forecast accuracy, and opportunities to improve efficiency.
- 2+ years of user acquisition experience in casual mobile games or performance marketing with a strong ROAS focus.
- Deep expertise in Meta Ads, Google App Campaigns, and rewarded video networks.
- A proven track record of scaling user acquisition with positive unit economics.
- Strong analytical mindset with fluency in Excel, cohort models, cost per acquisition (CPA) analysis, and predictive return on investment (ROI) models.
- Familiarity with attribution platforms and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Experience running campaigns on both Android and iOS; comfort with platform-specific constraints.
- Strong understanding of creative testing strategy and knowledge of effective advertising methods in casual games.
