Performance Marketing Lead

A forward-thinking Performance Marketing Lead is required to spearhead high-impact campaigns and drive growth initiatives.

This role involves strategizing, planning, and executing paid campaigns across various digital platforms, with a focus on achieving strong ROI and reducing CAC. The successful candidate will lead creative testing, utilize data-driven insights, and collaborate closely with design and product teams to align growth with business objectives.

About the Role
  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies that drive growth and revenue.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve campaign goals and optimize performance.
  • Analyse data to inform marketing decisions and optimize spend.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.

The ideal candidate will possess 3–4+ years of proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in high-growth startups or global brands, with a strong track record running campaigns for international markets.

Requirements
  • Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Analytics, and attribution tools.
  • Ability to balance creativity with analytical rigor.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, capable of influencing brand direction.
  • Full ownership of performance marketing strategy & execution.
