A forward-thinking Performance Marketing Lead is required to spearhead high-impact campaigns and drive growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess 3–4+ years of proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in high-growth startups or global brands, with a strong track record running campaigns for international markets.
Requirements- Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Analytics, and attribution tools.
- Ability to balance creativity with analytical rigor.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, capable of influencing brand direction.
- Full ownership of performance marketing strategy & execution.
