About This Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our product design team. As Senior Director of Product Design, you will drive the development of intuitive and powerful solutions that empower both internal teams and external users.

As a seasoned product designer, you will lead a talented team of designers, setting a clear vision for user experience across our products.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and data scientists, to ensure designs not only meet user needs but also push the boundaries of what is possible with AI.

  • Design Strategy: Define and drive the holistic design vision for our products, ensuring a consistent, high-quality user experience across internal and external applications.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional leaders in product management, engineering, and data science to align on product strategy, goals, and roadmaps.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent.
  • 12+ years of experience in product design within a technology or product-centric company.
  • Proven experience leading a team of designers who design and ship AI-powered products or features.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Previous experience working on AI-powered products and/or curiosity about the rapidly evolving landscape and its impact on design and user experience.
