As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create wireframes and mockups using design tools to demonstrate an understanding of design principles and methodologies.
  • Develop innovative and visually appealing user interface designs that prioritize usability and accessibility across various platforms and devices.
  • Mentor junior designers, providing leadership and expertise in UI/UX design principles and best practices.
  • Conduct user testing sessions, gather feedback, and enhance designs based on user-centered principles.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs throughout the development lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Design or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, with expertise in using design tools.
  • Proven track record of delivering innovative designs across web and mobile platforms.
  • Expert-level understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Able to create high-fidelity prototypes and translate complex ideas into intuitive designs.
  • Deep knowledge of front-end technologies and their influence on design feasibility.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing and managing design systems within design tools.
  • Expertise in conducting user research, usability testing, and integrating user feedback into design solutions.
  • Proficiency in motion design principles and their application in UI/UX design.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing Figma design projects highlighting innovation, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
