About This Role:

  • This is an L3 role (Lead Product Designer), offering the opportunity to shape the future of AI-driven solutions within our platform.
  • In this role, you are expected to supervise/mentor other product designers, fostering a collaborative learning environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design process for AI-powered features: From concept to delivery, you will be responsible for defining the user experience, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that meet enterprise-grade standards.
  • Identify opportunities to integrate automated workflows, insights, and actions seamlessly across multiple touchpoints in the product experience, ensuring a cohesive and impactful user journey.
  • Deeply understand user needs and behaviors: Conduct user research, analyze data, and synthesize insights to inform design decisions, driving strategic business outcomes.
  • Design scalable, AI-enhanced analytics solutions for B2B SaaS, focusing on visualizing complex data in an intuitive manner.
  • Create frameworks and patterns that enable consistent visualization approaches across different feature areas and user journeys, promoting brand consistency.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams: Work closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and other designers to ensure a cohesive and impactful user experience.
  • Mentor and partner with junior designers to share knowledge and contribute to a collaborative learning environment, promoting professional growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in product design, specifically in B2B SaaS environments, with a strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies, with experience designing AI products being a significant plus.
  • Demonstrate systems thinking that connects individual data visualizations to create a coherent, end-to-end experience.
  • Strategically build consensus and trust across diverse stakeholders with competing priorities, navigating ambiguity and incomplete information confidently.
  • Manage project expectations through appropriate visibility, negotiating scope and timelines to preserve design integrity while maintaining strong cross-functional relationships.
  • Good understanding of design systems, proficiency in design tools such as Figma, and prototyping tool like Bolt, with experience with front-end tech stacks being a big plus.
