Job Title

Key Responsibilities:
  • Controlling actual, forecast and budget of R&D projects, ensuring the overall status, product cost and EVA are well managed.
  • Planning and controlling cost center allocation, including monthly analysis, measure setting and tracking.
  • Coordinating with local R&D responsible for total R&D cost view and headcount, providing transparency on changes, impact and measures set.
  • Driving digital transformation by adapting and involving controlling requirements to increase transparency and impact.
  • EVA calculations for R&D projects and tracking of target costs.
  • Partnering with technical colleagues.
  • Local R&D Controlling.
Requirements:
  • Independently handling business profitability and forecast calculations, presenting them to management.
  • Experience in handling logistics, material movement, STO and export FOC testing and GR waiver closure.
  • Sales order creation and invoice booking.
  • Month end closing tasks such as provisioning, open entries, corrections and nexus workflows.
  • Periodic review of balance sheet and clearing aged items.
  • Periodic review of P&L statement to track expenses and make necessary corrections.
  • Handling different stakeholders such as internal BU and headquarters communications.
  • Knowledge in internal control and keeping track of audit requirements and delivery within timelines.
  • Experience in handling dashboard topics such as GR/IR, webcycles and GIT.
  • Exposure in factory costing would be a plus.
What You Need To Make Real What Matters:
  • A strong team player with a willingness to learn and lead.
  • Knowledge about MS Office, good communication and presentation skills.
  • A positive attitude, flexibility to work on any given task and ability to perform under pressure.
  • Post graduate with 6-7 years of experience or graduate with more than 10 years of experience, working experience in factory will be an added advantage.
  • Hands on experience with SAP, Excel and Powerpoint. Experience in working with digitalization tools (Power BI) will be a plus.
  • Keen to learn, explore and innovate with reporting/automation.
  • Proficient in English is a must.
