This is a unique opportunity to combine sales outreach, content creation, and online growth strategy as a Growth Engineer. You'll be responsible for building a sales pipeline, managing social media presence, and executing marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy, including cold outreach and lead generation.
  • Create engaging social media content and manage our online presence.
  • Build and run online marketing campaigns, including newsletters and community updates.
  • Analyze and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, growth, or community management.
  • Proven track record of success in cold outreach and lead generation.
  • Experience creating social media content and managing online communities.
  • Strong writing skills and ability to craft compelling emails and captions.

Nice to Have:

  • Background in health tech, vet med, or SaaS growth.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and experience running paid campaigns.
