As a stress analysis professional, you will conduct airframe structural analysis, including static, fatigue and damage tolerance studies. This involves using tools like finite element method (FEM) validation, digital mockup (DMU) cleaning and geometric finite element method (GFEM) updates to ensure the structural integrity of aircraft components.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Airframe structural analysis (static, fatigue & damage tolerance)
  • FEM validation, DMU cleaning, GFEM updates
  • Stress analysis on composite and metallic materials
  • Loading data extraction using in-house tools
  • Analysis using industry-standard software tools
  • Automation and reporting using programming skills
