**Technical Leadership Role**

 

  • Design and Development: Lead the development of scalable web applications using Node.js, MongoDB, and modern front-end frameworks.
  • End-to-End Ownership: Own features from architecture to testing, deployment, and optimization ensuring high-quality results.
  • Technical Decision-Making: Drive technical decision-making across the product and platform ensuring stability, scalability, and maintainability.
  • AI-Assisted Tools: Integrate and optimize AI-assisted development tools enhancing reliability and improving developer productivity.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and Research to deliver impactful features.
  • Mentorship and Support: Mentor and support fellow engineers contributing to a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Node.js and MongoDB: 6+ years of expertise in Node.js and MongoDB with a strong understanding of backend architecture and performance optimization.
  • Front-End Experience: Solid experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Vue, Angular and building full-stack web applications.
  • Complex System Architecture: Proven track record of architecting complex systems and shipping scalable web apps in production.
  • Software Design Patterns: Strong understanding of software design patterns API design and microservices architecture.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving communication and collaboration skills.
