As a visionary leader, you will spearhead the development of cutting-edge AI solutions that empower responsible innovation at unprecedented speeds.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, with at least 5 years of experience managing technical teams or complex projects.They must possess a proven track record of delivering AI, ML, or data-intensive platforms or services and demonstrate exceptional team leadership, coaching, and talent development skills.Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills are essential to bridge technical concepts with customer value.A strong proficiency in common software languages, frameworks, and tools such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Docker, Kubernetes, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, REST APIs, and SQL/noSQL databases is required.Additionally, expertise in cloud environments like AWS, GCP, or Azure and familiarity with LLM architectures, including evaluation techniques, prompt engineering, and adversarial testing methodologies are highly desirable.Preferred candidates will also have exposure to platforms like LangChain, LangGraph; experience with distributed systems (Spark/Flink); and familiarity with AI regulatory frameworks or secure deployment standards (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001).In this role, you will lead and inspire your team to drive customer success through tools and platforms that integrate seamlessly into customer workflows.Key responsibilities include implementing agile processes that prioritize speed without sacrificing quality or security, collaborating closely with customers to understand and address their AI safety challenges, and championing engineering excellence in a high-stakes environment.You will be responsible for overseeing the development of platforms for alignment assessments, adversarial testing, drift detection, and interpretability analysis, ensuring system reliability through defined SLAs, SLOs, rigorous testing, and clear operational dashboards.Furthermore, you will continuously innovate within AI safety methodologies, keeping current with cutting-edge research in AI safety, adversarial testing, and model evaluation, and piloting emerging techniques that enhance our offerings and accelerate customer deployments.With a strong focus on team leadership, coaching, and talent development, you will foster a culture of impact, collaboration, and rapid learning.Success in this role requires a deep understanding of AI safety, technical expertise, and excellent leadership skills.We seek a seasoned professional who can navigate complex technical challenges and drive business growth through innovative AI solutions.
