Seeking a high-achieving Senior Performance Test Engineer to lead our team in delivering exceptional user experiences.
We are looking for an expert in performance testing with a strong background in online banking applications. The successful candidate will design, develop, and execute comprehensive performance test strategies to ensure scalability, reliability, and optimal system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement end-to-end performance testing solutions for online banking applications.
  • Collaborate closely with development, DevOps, and business teams to define performance requirements and deliverables.
  • Design and implement test scripts using industry-leading tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, and Neoload.
  • Analyze test results, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
  • Presentation of performance reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
  • Integration of performance testing within continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in performance testing, preferably in a senior or lead role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in the BFSI/online banking domain.
  • Proficiency with performance testing tools: JMeter, LoadRunner, Neoload, or Gatling.
  • Familiarity with application performance monitoring (APM) tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or New Relic.
  • Strong scripting skills in Java, Groovy, Python, or Shell.
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Bamboo.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
