Job Title: Branch Manager

About the Role

The Branch Manager is a critical position responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, driving growth, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards. They must possess strong business acumen, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to make strategic decisions that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to achieve targets.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth branch operations, achieving revenue and profitability targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance, providing coaching and development opportunities to improve overall results.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and organizational policies, minimizing risk and protecting the organization's reputation.
  • Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, growing revenue through broking and non-broking products.
  • Customer Service: Foster long-term relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional service and support to maintain loyalty and drive repeat business.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 10-15 years in a similar role, with at least 5 years of team management experience.
  • Education: Graduate or Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field.
  • Skillset: Strong business acumen, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to make strategic decisions.
