Job Description

The Shift Manager is responsible for ensuring the reliable and efficient operation of the Data Center.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the shift team to execute planned and unplanned activities within the given timeline with effective communication.
  2. Track and close all complaints in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  3. Manage incidents and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), closing recommendations on time with regular review of RCA.
  4. Oversee assets, including warranty, AMC, lifecycle, and capacity management.
  5. Monitor and complete 5 PPM activities within Target Achievement Time (TAT), ensuring 100% availability of equipment with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) vendors.
  6. Manage vendors with Response and Turnaround Time (RAT) on complaints, ensuring uptime of redundant equipment.
  7. Track and maintain records for all stocks as per Business Continuity Plan (BCP) requirements.
  8. Coordinate with the Customer Engagement Team for customer-related queries and submit reports on schedule.
  9. Maintain compliance at 100%, tracking periodic trackers.
  10. Ensure adherence to physical security processes.
  11. Prepare risk assessments and validate periodic updates based on incidents and RCA.
  12. Update inventories up-to-date with capacity vs accompany vs balance on a monthly basis with customer details on Rack inventory.
  13. Submit reports on schedule with agreed timelines.
  14. Ensure 100% audit and compliance.
  15. Promote a culture of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE).
