Job Title: Architect

At a renowned real estate firm based in India, we seek an accomplished Architect to join our team of visionary designers. Our company is known for its diverse portfolio of projects.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Architect with 1–3 years of professional experience to support our design and project teams. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in architectural design, detailing, client/site coordination, and preparing basic working drawings for residential, commercial, and layout development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the conceptualization and development of architectural designs for villas, apartments, plotted developments, clubhouses, and commercial spaces.
  • Prepare detailed architectural drawings, presentations, 3D models, and working drawings.
  • Coordinate with structural, MEP, and landscape consultants to integrate multidisciplinary design inputs.
  • Participate in design discussions, client meetings, and site visits.
  • E nsure compliance with local bye-laws, building codes, and project requirements.
  • Support in preparing documentation for approvals, tenders, and construction drawings.
  • Work closely with senior architects, project managers, and engineers during design development and execution stages.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Diploma in Architecture from a recognized university.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in architectural design and execution.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office.
  • Basic knowledge of construction detailing, material specifications, and site coordination.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with sustainable design or green building concepts.
  • Familiarity with 3D rendering software such as Lumion etc.
  • Basic understanding of infrastructure and services integration in layouts.
