Job Responsibilities
  • Manage GST Filings
    • Ensure timely submissions of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and GSTR-9.
  • Handle GST Audits
    • Stay updated with changes in GST laws and regulations.
  • Prepare Export Documentation
    • Create shipping bills, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
  • Coordinate Clearance Processes
    • Work with customs brokers and freight forwarders to ensure smooth clearance of shipments.
  • Manage Foreign Inward Remittances
    • Clear Bank Realization Certificates (BRCs) and comply with FOREX regulations.
  • Reconcile Accounts
    • Provide accurate reports to senior management regarding export sales.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
    • In Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 3+ years in GST compliance and export documentation.
  • Knowledge and Skills
    • Strong understanding of GST laws, export procedures, and customs regulations.
    • Proficiency in MS Excel and Busy accounting software.
    • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
