We were founded in 2016 by a group of BITS Pilani alumni with a vision to revolutionize the healthcare industry. Our journey began as a telemedicine platform during the 2015 Swine Flu epidemic, but we have since grown into an all-in-one wellness ecosystem that empowers individuals and corporations to prioritize their well-being.

Our services range from physical and mental wellness to OPD benefits, designed to address the diverse healthcare needs of our users. We believe in the importance of preventive care and offer a range of programs and services to help our users maintain optimal health.

We're seeking a Product Management Intern to join our fast-paced, high-impact product team. As an intern, you'll work closely with experienced product managers, designers, engineers, and business stakeholders to shape and enhance our primary care, OPD, and wellness products.

This internship is ideal for someone eager to explore product management in a dynamic health-tech startup environment, learn hands-on, and contribute to real-world product decisions that touch millions.

The internship duration is 6 months, which can be converted to full-time employment depending on performance. You'll work from our office in Gurugram, Haryana.

• Defining and scoping product features by understanding user needs, business goals, and market trends.
• Supporting product development cycles with cross-functional teams (Design, Tech, Growth, Ops).
• Analyzing product metrics, user data, and feedback to identify opportunities and propose improvements.
• Suggesting go-to-market efforts, product launches, and user onboarding strategies.
• Maintaining product documentation, tracking bugs and feature requests, and streamlining team workflows.

• Current students or recent graduates (preferably in Engineering).
• Keen interest in product management, technology, healthcare, and startups.
• Strong analytical skills with problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-starter attitude – proactive, curious, and detail-oriented.
