About the Role

We are on a mission to revolutionize the creator economy and redefine how people shop. We're all about providing every user with a highly personalized shopping experience guided by creators, so they can find exactly what they want, in a very short time, while improving their online shopping experience severalfold.

We started our journey when we discovered products on social media that we wanted to buy but could not (in some cases, actually did). We have recently raised funding to take our vision forward.

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for you to contribute to and grow within the creator-enabled eCommerce space, have the chance to work at an emerging consumer-tech startup and be an integral part of this dynamic journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with product managers to define key metrics and KPIs to track the performance of our products.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor product performance and communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with engineering and design teams to prioritize product features and enhancements based on data-driven insights and user feedback.
  • Conduct A/B tests and experiments to evaluate the impact of product changes on key metrics and drive iterative improvements.
  • Provide regular updates and presentations to senior management on the performance of our products and recommendations for future enhancements.
What We Are Looking ForCandidates
  • A strong analytical mind with hands-on experience in SQL and Python.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
