Job Title: L2 Network Engineer

Job Summary:
Are you a skilled network engineer looking for a new challenge? We are seeking an experienced L2 Network Engineer to join our team at Hcapital. As a key member of our network team, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining our cloud network infrastructure using AWS services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Configure AWS cloud network configuration and security
• Define and deploy AWS services like Firewall, Transit Gateway
• Design and deploy functional networks (LAN, WLAN, WAN)
• Lead and manage corporate network operations for pan India branches
• Maintain highest uptime and network service availability for all locations
• Control web security and protect corporate network from malicious threats
• Define, deploy, and maintain reliable, secure, and performing network
• Suggest improvements to network performance, capacity, and scalability
• Work with cloud team for Hybrid network configuration and connectivity
• Periodic review of defined network policies, rules, and access, ensuring timely revocation
• Carry out tasks like network maintenance and Firmware upgrades of Network and Security devices across DCs at periodical intervals
• Conduct vulnerability and configuration assessment for network devices at periodic intervals and fix them

Requirements:
• Strong hands-on in implementing and configuring Routers, Firewalls, and Wireless controllers
• Experience in AWS network and network security services like Firewall, WAF, Shield
• Experience in Network Management and Monitoring Tool like Forti-Manager, OpsManager
• Should have experience in Managing Major Corporate/DC Networks and Public Cloud (including DR Site)
• Strong hands-on experience in Routing protocols, DHCP, and DNS
• Strong hands-on experience in Firewalls user VPN, Global Protect, Site-to-site VPN, and Remote access network
• Experience in Global Protect VPN installation, configuration, and Troubleshooting
• Excellent troubleshooting experience
• Experience in Network Products and Visio for Reports and Technical documentation
• Strong expertise in leading OEM like FortiGate (preferred), Palo Alto, Aruba, etc.
• Should have good experience in ISP Coordination and Vendor management
• Strong knowledge in ITIL Process
• Addon knowledge in OS (Windows/Unix/Linux), Cloud technologies like AWS/Azure
• Flexible to extend beyond work hours towards accomplishing assigned tasks
• Minimum 7 years relevant experience in Network and Security Management
• Minimum 2 to 3 Implementation cycle (individual contributor) Preferred to have certified on FortiGate technologies, Palo Alto, or equivalent
