Job Title: Data Solutions Developer

We are seeking a talented Data Solutions Developer to join our team. As a key member of our data engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data solutions that drive business growth.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex data-related challenges and contribute to the design and development of scalable and efficient data solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, Develop, and Maintain Data Solutions: Develop data pipelines and ensure data quality by implementing ETL processes to migrate and deploy data across systems.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product teams to understand data requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.
  • Develop and Maintain Data Models: Create data models, data dictionaries, and other documentation to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Hands-on experience: With big data technologies and platforms, such as Databricks, Apache Spark (PySpark, SparkSQL), AWS, Redshift, Snowflake, workflow orchestration, performance tuning on big data processing.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools: SQL and experience with data visualization tools.
  • Proficient in SQL: For extracting, transforming, and analyzing complex datasets from relational data stores.
Preferred Qualifications:

In addition to the above requirements, we also look for candidates with experience in:

  • Software engineering best-practices: Version control, infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, and automated testing.
  • Cloud data platform: Experience with cloud-based data platforms and services.
