Transformative HR Solutions Developer

We are seeking an experienced Transformative HR Solutions Developer with strong expertise in extracting, reporting, and integrating HR data.

The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge of HR tools and hands-on experience in building scalable, efficient, and user-friendly solutions to support global organizations.

Job Summary:

As a Transformative HR Solutions Developer, you will design, develop, and support HR extracts, reports, and integrations. You will configure and manage reporting and integration flows for Core HR, recruiting, and other HR modules.

You will build and customize data models, dashboards, bursting logic, and layout templates to meet reporting needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and support HCM Extracts, HDL, Fast Formulas, OTBI, BI Publisher Reports, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations.
  • Configure and manage reporting and integration flows for Core HR, ORC, and other HCM modules.
  • Build and customize data models, dashboards, bursting logic, and layout templates to meet reporting needs.
  • Support end-to-end HR functional flows (Hire → Retire) including ORC to Core HR transitions.
  • Develop and manage HDL-based data loads with inbound/outbound integrations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across HCM tools for business continuity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Technical skills required include BI Publisher, OTBI, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, HDL, and APIs & Integration.
