Key Performance Management Specialist

The role of Key Performance Management Specialist is to ensure that shipping companies operate with maximum efficiency and productivity while minimizing costs.

Job Summary

This position involves analyzing various aspects of the performance management system (PMS) and other modules to prepare documents as required. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding and documenting client requirements, identifying gaps between user requirements and PMS features, and providing input to the development team.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze data from PMS and other JiBe modules to prepare reports and documents as needed.
  • Document client requirements and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work with the development team to close identified gaps between user requirements and PMS features.
  • Test and validate functional aspects of PMS and related modules.
  • Contribute to training internal and external users on PMS and related modules when required.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Travel to vessels for implementation, issue resolution, and training purposes.
  • Assist vessels in data collection processes and update PMS data onboard.
  • Provide support to vessels/remote offices for PMS and related modules.
Requirements and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
