Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an expert in commercial analytics to develop and deliver data-driven insights, generating strategic information to inform potential business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop rapid turnaround commercial analysis and insights to support decision making for pharmaceutical and oncology assets, utilizing diverse data-driven tools.
  • Partner with global commercial development teams and other cross-functional groups to inform strategic reviews of assets through all phases of pipeline under development.
  • Provide clear and synthesized communication to global leaders and cross-functional teams on commercial insights addressing priority business questions.
  • Lead benchmarking analytics to collect, analyze, and translate insights into recommended business actions to inform asset acquisition decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific, engineering, or business-related field.
  • 8+ years of overall experience, 4+ years of relevant experience in pharma/oncology commercialization, advanced analytics, insights syndication, or related roles within the industry.
  • Experience conducting data analytics on large datasets using relevant skills and visual analytics tools.
  • Deep understanding of commercial business development data ecosystem.
  • Expertise in building patient analytics and patient journey from commercial and real-world datasets.
  • Strategic thinker who can be consultative, collaborative, and engage as equals.
  • Strong communication skills using effective storytelling grounded on data insights.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to find and execute solutions to complex or ambiguous business problems.
  • Relationship-building and influencing skills with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
