Key Challenges in P&C Policy Data Analysis

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analytics Analyst to join our team. The primary focus of this role will be on analyzing and monitoring P&C policy data, specifically related to Property.

The successful candidate will partner with operations and IT teams to enhance data quality controls and OneSource solutions. They will also act as a subject matter expert for policy data, driving improvements across US Retail and RPS.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and be able to build data reports and visualizations to provide business insights and support decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Math, Data Science, Economics, or related field
  • #3+ years of experience in Data Analytics/Finance/Insurance (P&C preferred)
  • Skilled in SQL, R, or Python, with experience in visualization tools (Power BI)
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex data insights
