Advertising Revenue Growth Manager

">We are AdBeets, a company redefining the DOOH advertising landscape in India. As a Business Development Manager (BDM), you will be responsible for both acquisition and sales by partnering with property owners to install our screens and drive ad sales.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Strategic Expansion: Identify high-traffic locations for screen installations and ensure long-term partnerships with property owners.
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive ad sales for our DOOH network, optimize inventory, and maximize revenue streams.
- Market Development: Build relationships with brands, agencies, and partners to create a strong sales pipeline.
- End-to-End Deal Management: Own the entire sales cycle and partnership process from pitching to closing.
About You
">You will succeed in this role if you have a strong background in business development, sales, or partnerships, preferably in DOOH, media, or advertising. You should also have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as high adaptability and a strong sense of accountability.
">Your Qualifications
">- 4-8 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships.
- Proven track record in deal-making, negotiations, and revenue generation.
