We are AdBeets, a company redefining the DOOH advertising landscape in India. As a Business Development Manager (BDM), you will be responsible for both acquisition and sales by partnering with property owners to install our screens and drive ad sales.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Expansion: Identify high-traffic locations for screen installations and ensure long-term partnerships with property owners.
  2. Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive ad sales for our DOOH network, optimize inventory, and maximize revenue streams.
  3. Market Development: Build relationships with brands, agencies, and partners to create a strong sales pipeline.
  4. End-to-End Deal Management: Own the entire sales cycle and partnership process from pitching to closing.

About You

">

You will succeed in this role if you have a strong background in business development, sales, or partnerships, preferably in DOOH, media, or advertising. You should also have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as high adaptability and a strong sense of accountability.

  • 4-8 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships.
  • Proven track record in deal-making, negotiations, and revenue generation.
