Job Overview

The Enterprise Risk Management function is responsible for all operational activities.

This role involves preparing and implementing an Enterprise Risk Management framework across the organization.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement robust internal control systems
  • Identify, evaluate, and document control weaknesses and deficiencies; develop recommendations for risk mitigation and improvement
  • Preparation and maintenance of Risk Registers (RCSA)
  • Conduct regular review of current business processes, identify control gaps and deficiencies, and develop recommendations for risk mitigation and improvement
  • Updating Enterprise Risk Policy to ensure it reflects best practice
  • Assisting Principal Risk Owners with identifying key risks and mitigating controls in their business units
  • Preparing reports for the Risk Committee, Executive Management Team, and Board Committees
  • Developing an integrated risk reporting framework
Requirements
  • Graduate degree in finance, management, or risk management from a reputable institution
  • FRM, CFA, CBCP certifications preferred
  • 4-8 years of experience in a similar role
Skills and Competencies
  • Knowledge of Exchange ecosystem and operations
  • Principles of risk management
  • Strong knowledge of risks identification, assessment, and management frameworks
  • Ability to design and evaluate effectiveness of controls embedded within business processes
  • Knowledge of risk and governance standards such as COSO framework and Basel Corporate Governance Principles
