Key Managerial Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will assume a pivotal role in our organization, overseeing the coordination of internal controls, governance, risk management, and audit operations. This position is crucial in ensuring that our processes align with internal policies, external regulations, and industry best practices while proactively identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and conducting risk analysis across various business functions including supply chain management, marketing strategies, customer experience, and technology.
  • Identifying and implementing efficiency measures to optimize processes and ensure positive business impacts.
  • Collaborating with functional heads to develop and execute internal audit and enterprise risk management frameworks.
  • Partnering with stakeholders to maintain a comprehensive risk register and support mitigation plans.
  • Monitoring emerging risks, particularly in areas such as data privacy, cybersecurity, environmental sustainability, and regulatory compliance.
  • Interacting with external auditors, legal teams, and compliance departments as needed.
  • Participating in and driving standardization automation projects to enhance process efficiency.

Key Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably with a Chartered Accountant certification or postgraduate degree in finance.
  • Strong foundational knowledge and understanding of business principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and self-motivated individual who can take initiative and work collaboratively within a team environment.
