We are seeking an experienced Design Director to lead our team of engineers and designers in creating and implementing solar projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solar photovoltaic (PV) power plant design, with expertise in managing the design lifecycle from conceptualization to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire design process for solar PV power plants, ensuring that projects meet technical specifications and adhere to industry standards.

• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

• Develop and review design plans, specifications, and construction documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Collaborate with quality control teams to resolve design-related issues during project implementation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.

• Minimum 10 years' experience in solar PV design and project management of single plants of 100 MWp and higher.

• Proficiency in design software and tools such as AutoCAD, PVSyst, Sketchup, and Helioscope.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage and motivate a team of designers.
