ServiceNow ITSM Developer

We seek a seasoned ServiceNow ITSM developer to join our team. This role requires an engineering graduate or postgraduate from a reputable institute with experience in IT software development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, test, configure, and integrate ServiceNow modules, focusing on ITSM features like Incident, Request, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Portal, Flow Designer, and CSDM.
  • Capture business requirements through demonstrations and workshops, ensuring seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop user stories, configurations, and deliverables within agreed timelines.
  • Design and implement custom software applications as needed through scripting and software development.
  • Manage day-to-day tasks and provide value-based assessments and workshops to maximize business results from ServiceNow software.
Requirements:
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow ITSM, custom app development, configuring ITSM modules, Portal, front-end, and REST, WSDL, JSON integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with scoped application design, workflow, or flow designer, integration hub, B2B integrations, and data source management.
  • Strong understanding of CSS based UX/UI design & development, Angular-based client-side & server-side scripts, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, CSS, and JSON web technologies.
  • Expertise in configuring UI Actions/UI Policy/ACL/Client Scripts, Business Rules, Inbound Actions, Macros, and Performance Analytics, Reporting & Dashboards.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • ServiceNow CIS-ITSM, CSA, CAD, or any other mainline certification (any two).
  • NOW Platform Development (must).
  • ITIL v4 Certified (optional).
