Product Training Specialist Role

The key role of this position is to provide top-notch training sessions that cater to internal stakeholders and external partners. This will ensure they have a comprehensive understanding of our products and can effectively communicate their value.

This critical function includes:

  • Developing and delivering engaging product training content for both in-person and virtual settings.
  • Collaborating closely with the product, marketing, and academic teams to stay up-to-date on new offerings and updates.
  • Designing informative presentations, manuals, and knowledge tools.
  • Conducting thorough evaluations to assess the effectiveness of training sessions.
  • Maintaining consistent messaging across all training initiatives.
  • Supporting new employees by providing foundational product knowledge during onboarding.
  • Periodically conducting refresher sessions to address any knowledge gaps.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver in-person and virtual product training sessions for various stakeholders.
  2. Enhance and maintain training materials.
  3. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication.
  4. Evaluate training success through feedback and metrics.
  5. Ensure consistent branding throughout training programs.
  6. Support employee onboarding.
  7. Organize periodic refresher sessions.

Required Qualifications:

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred).
  • Experience in product training, edtech, or sales enablement.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Zoom/Meet, and presentation tools.
  • Fluency in English (additional regional languages a plus).
  • Willingness to travel for training sessions.
