Job Overview:

A seasoned IT professional with a minimum of 5-7 years of total experience, and at least 3-5 years of relevant Workday Testing expertise on the Kainos platform is required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure seamless system operation through comprehensive end-to-end testing
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and challenges effectively
  • Leverage expertise in Workday HRIS and Workday Recruiting to streamline hiring and HR processes efficiently
  • Execute, report, and maintain customer test packs successfully
  • Update test scripts and results accurately
  • Document customer issues for failed tests thoroughly
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
  • Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills are necessary
  • Familiarity with Workday HRIS and Workday Recruiting is mandatory
