We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of our technical support unit, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional technical support to our clients across various time zones.

This challenging yet rewarding position requires flexibility and adaptability, as you'll work on three shifts: morning, evening, and night.

  • Provide round-the-clock technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
  • Monitor and respond to incidents via ticketing system within SLA timelines.
  • Perform remote troubleshooting and escalate unresolved issues.
  • Support users across different time zones and ensure minimal downtime.
  • Maintain logs of shift activities and handover reports for continuity.
  • Collaborate with global IT teams for coordinated support.
Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues both onsite and remotely.
  • Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and applications.
  • Respond to user tickets and resolve issues related to Windows, Mac, or Linux environments.
  • Maintain logs of support requests, resolutions, and system updates.
  • Assist in setting up new systems and user accounts.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to escalate unresolved issues.
  • Ensure timely updates and patches for systems and applications.
  • Train users on basic IT procedures and best practices.
  • Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure compliance with company policies.

To be successful in this role, you should have 3+ years of experience in providing technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.

You should be proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring operating systems, and resolving issues related to Windows, Mac, or Linux environments.
