Production Supervisor Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee the efficient operation of our manufacturing facility, managing daily activities across Pultrusion, SMC, DMC, BMC, and Hand Lay-up processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily production operations on Pultrusion and molding lines (SMC, DMC, BMC, Hand Lay-up).
  • Ensure adherence to production schedules, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality standards.
  • Monitor and control production parameters – resin mixing, mold preparation, curing, trimming, and finishing.
  • Coordinate with the QA/QC department for in-process quality checks and corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate production records, logbooks, and shift reports.
  • Train, guide, and monitor workers/operators to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
  • Implement and maintain 5S and workplace discipline across assigned lines.
  • Support preventive maintenance planning and raw material requirement reporting.

Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Mechanical, Polymer, or Production Engineering.
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years in FRP manufacturing processes – specifically Pultrusion, SMC, DMC, BMC, and Hand Lay-up.
  • Skills Required:
    • Technical understanding of composite manufacturing
    • Team handling and shift supervision
    • Problem-solving and process monitoring
