Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our team's projects from planning to delivery. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful coordination of multiple projects with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects while adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Facilitate and document project meetings including kick-off meetings, status updates, and post-project evaluations.
  • Communicate project progress and challenges to stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships with customers, vendors, and business partners.
  • Mentor and oversee team members to ensure their professional growth, training, and on-the-job delivery.
  • Oversee and guide project teams including internal staff, external vendors, and contractors, ensuring effective resource utilization.
  • Evaluate and optimize workflows to enhance efficiency and delivery.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of relevant education, training, and experience.
  • 4-6 years' experience coordinating or managing projects in the IT industry.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Experience with Web & Mobile projects is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
