Job Description

Our team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Professional to join our ranks. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for executing technical activities within your area of expertise using reliable and cost-effective solutions.

In this role, you will oversee the execution of maintenance and calibration activities, as well as commissioning projects at site level. You will also supervise plant engineering teams, providing technical assistance and ensuring that the best possible maintenance, repair, and modifications are carried out.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to execute design execution and hand-over projects within specified time frames, budgets, and quality standards. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Ensuring compliance with industrial standards and GMP guidelines by implementing preventive maintenance plans and scheduled corrective repairs.

  2. Participating in maintenance/reliability reviews of new projects and executing infrastructure/civil work tasks in production plants.

  3. Supervising change over operations for production equipment to improve productivity and coaching new team members.

  4. Performing project HSE management and executing safety stops/reviews in alignment with key stakeholders.

  5. Applying state-of-the-art technical solutions according to compliance standards and HSE regulations.

  6. Developing projects on site through their various stages of scope, definition, approval, and implementation.

  7. Executing work orders for maintenance/calibration as per method statements/procedures.

About You

We are looking for an individual with a strong background in OSD oncology facilities and a minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience. You should have experience handling containment machinery and a proven track record of operations management and execution. You must be able to collaborate across boundaries and possess functional breadth.
