Job Title:

Business Operations Specialist

About the Role:

This is a dynamic position that requires individuals with exceptional business skills to lead project work streams. Our team members are skilled relationship builders who collaborate with clients while managing junior staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple tasks effectively and work independently.
  • Develop conclusions based on data collection and complex analysis, identify gaps and risks, and summarize findings.
  • Delegating tasks to junior staff while ensuring overall quality of project deliverables.
  • Execution against project workplans, escalating risks and barriers, and coordinating client communication to ensure project delivery schedule is achieved.
  • Collaboration with internal team members during the project, including presenting key takeaways, communicating project updates, and organizing overall project logistics.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Excellent communication skills; strong written and oral English skills.
  • 2 to 7 years relevant project implementation or process improvement experience in a team-based environment.
  • Preferably 2+ years' experience within consulting.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Direct supervisory experience.
  • Located in or near Bangalore; role requires individual in office.
Preferred Experience:
  • Hospital or physician revenue cycle experience supervising a department and/or team-based projects with a focus on process improvement initiatives and change management.
  • Project leadership and workplan management experience within a consulting firm setting with a focus on hospital or physician revenue cycle, denials management, revenue integrity, or patient access services.
