Job Details:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IBM iSeries Developer to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in IBM iSeries system development, preferably in large-scale enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Development: Develop and test applications using IBM iSeries RPGLE, CLLE programming, and ILE (Integrated Language Environment)
  • Database Management: Develop and maintain complex database systems using DB2 for iSeries (SQL optimization, stored procedures, data modeling)
  • Integration: Integrate iSeries systems with other technologies such as API, MQ, XML, FTP
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with global teams to drive Agile software development methodology and DevSecOps technologies such as CI/CD and Jenkins

Requirements:

  • University graduate with a degree in IT or related discipline
  • Minimum 10+ years' hands-on experience in IBM iSeries system development
  • Expertise in IBM iSeries RPGLE, CLLE programming, and ILE (Integrated Language Environment)
  • Proficiency in DB2 for iSeries (SQL optimization, stored procedures, data modeling)
  • Effective English writing and communication skills
