Job Description:As a seasoned Growth Analyst, you will play a key role in harnessing the power of data to inform business decisions. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and implementing strategies that drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Conducting thorough cohort analysis using industry-leading tools to track user behavior and performance metrics.
- Calculating and monitoring key growth indicators such as Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), Return on Investment (ROI), ROAS, payback periods, and customer acquisition costs (CAC).
- Designing and maintaining advanced attribution models to measure marketing campaign effectiveness and optimize budget allocation.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, optimize, and maintain data pipelines that process large datasets for analytical purposes.
- Developing complex SQL queries in Snowflake to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets for growth insights.
- Creating interactive dashboards in Metabase to visualize key performance metrics and provide self-service analytics for stakeholders.
- Designing and executing A/B testing frameworks to evaluate the impact of product changes and marketing campaigns on growth metrics.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Growth Analyst, Marketing Analyst, or similar analytical role, preferably in mobile app or SaaS environments.
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL for complex data manipulation and analysis, with specific experience in Snowflake data warehousing.
- Advanced experience with Metabase for creating interactive dashboards and self-service analytics solutions.
- Demonstrated experience with mobile attribution platforms, with specific expertise in AppsFlyer data analysis and reporting.
- Strong proficiency in statistical analysis, cohort analysis, and predictive modeling techniques.
- Deep understanding of mobile app growth metrics including LTV, CAC, ROAS, retention rates, and revenue attribution models.
- Proficiency in Python or R for advanced analytics and statistical modeling.
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies, experimental design, and statistical significance testing.
