Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the optimization of our transportation solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and enhancing the efficiency and reliability of OTM applications and processes.

Your key responsibilities will include tracking system performance metrics, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing best practices to ensure optimal system throughput and user experience. You will collaborate with IT, operations, and business stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, recommend improvements, and support system upgrades or patches.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with OTM configuration, performance tuning, and root cause analysis, as well as a strong understanding of transportation and logistics workflows.

To succeed in this role, you must possess analytical thinking, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
