The Role

You will be responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive growth strategy that drives predictable sales-qualified leads and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demand Generation: Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns (including Google Ads, cold email, and content marketing) to generate leads and drive conversions.
  • Outbound Sales Development: Build prospect lists, craft personalized outreach sequences, and book meetings with decision-makers.
  • Pipeline Management: Qualify leads, run discovery calls, manage CRM, and move deals forward.
  • Content & Assets: Create engaging landing pages, case studies, and comparison pages to drive inbound leads.
  • Partnerships: Foster relationships with ecosystem partners, marketplaces, and industry communities to expand our reach.
  • Analytics & Optimisation: Track key metrics like CAC, LTV, and conversion rates, and run experiments to optimize our growth channels.

What Success Looks Like:

  • A consistent pipeline of sales-qualified leads each month.
  • Revenue growth from scalable acquisition channels beyond referrals.
  • Clear playbooks for outbound, inbound, and sales processes.
  • Closed deals directly from campaigns you run.

Requirements:

  • 4–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS growth, marketing, or sales.
  • Hands-on experience with outbound prospecting tools.
  • Practical experience with paid acquisition and content-driven growth.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A self-starter who thrives in early-stage SaaS environments.
